Arlus was a French lighting manufacturer particularly associated with the 1950s and 1960s. Its chandeliers, sconces and table lamps combine brass, lacquered metal and glass in compositions typical of postwar French interiors. Its surviving production is valued for sculptural form and decorative craftsmanship.
