Jean Royère, Roberto Platé and the Global Journey of Designers and Artists.
After World War II, many designers and artists traveled worldwide seeking freedom and new opportunities. Jean Royère exemplified this nomadic spirit, starting in Paris during the 1930’s and expanding his work internationally with projects in Beirut, Lima, and São Paulo, giving birth to a transatlantic aesthetic.
